Managing Municipal Approvals
PBI GRUP’s preconstruction staff has a thorough and comprehensive understanding of the governmental processes required to build your project. By understanding the process we can develop a schedule of milestones and assign tasks. We can monitor the progress and make sure all Land Title and Building Permit are done on time.
Facilitating the Design Team Effort
By taking proactive approach to constructability, PBI GRUP can reduce construction costs and eliminate expensive redesign. We will make recommendations on the feasibility and availability of materials and labor based on “current market” conditions. Finally, we will recommend new and innovative construction techniques to streamline the schedule and cut costs.
Timely and Accurate Estimating
During the course of design development, a “rolling” estimate will be maintained to keep the design team aware of the budget at all times. We will prepare formal construction cost estimates for all building and site development costs at the schematic, design development and a final cost estimate at the end of production drawing stage. PBI GRUP’s professional estimating staff will “take-off” all elements of the project in detail.

Information and Documentation – Keeping You Informed
PBI GRUP maintains a current record of all related documentation and construction phases photographs to keep it readily accessible when needed.
Establishing and Monitoring Quality
PBI GRUP will coordinate the testing of all required materials to meet specifications requirements. All of this is done in coordination with PBI GRUP’s ongoing quality control checks. During every operation, our superintendent checks layout and observes the process to make sure everything “measures up” to the “PBI GRUP Construction Standards”.
Job Costs and Accounting
We Maintain an accurate and up-to-date job cost accounting system which is a key tool in the effective management of a project.
Project Close-Out
We will coordinate and manage the start-up and testing of all mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems. Benchmark will collect and catalogue all operating manuals and assist in the training of owner personnel in the operations and maintenance of all systems. We will assist you in coordinating the occupancy of the facility; working with you to schedule the installation of all furniture and equipment.
